Coaching is a skill that many can learn.  It is not to be confused with consulting.  A consultant is an experienced individual that is trained to analyze and advise a client in order to help the client make the best possible choices.  This often takes the form of business plan consulting and/or technical trouble shooting.

However, coaching is collaboration in motion.  The coach works with others to inspire, instruct and support the changes wanted and needed to move forward. In essence, a partnership for success is built between the coach and the coachee.
